What Happens When You Tick the Box at Sign-Up
Registering an account at roosterbetaussie.com means you have read these terms and accept them as a binding agreement between you and Dama N.V., the operator of Rooster Bet. The sign-up form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or over and that you accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before the Sign Up button becomes active. If you do not agree with any clause, do not create an account and do not deposit. Continuing to play after a change to the terms counts as acceptance of the updated text.
Depositing and Cashing Out

Processing times run from the moment we approve the request, and cryptocurrency transfers also depend on network confirmations. Withdrawals are held until verification is complete.
When We Ask for Documents or a Round Fails Technically
Before your first withdrawal we complete KYC verification. We ask for a government-issued photo ID, which can be an Australian driver’s licence, passport or Medicare card, plus proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Your phone number is also verified at this stage. Documents must be clear, unedited and in your own name, and we may request further checks if a withdrawal is unusually large or the account activity looks irregular.
If a game or the platform malfunctions, the result of a round affected by the fault may be voided and the stake returned. Which Law and Which Licence Apply to Your Account
Rooster Bet is operated by Dama N.V. under Curacao Gaming Licence No. 8048/JAZ2023-417, and the agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute we cannot settle through support is referred to the courts of Curacao. The licence is an offshore one and does not amount to approval by any Australian authority.
Age, One Account and Your Own Responsibility
Only people aged 18 or over may hold an account, and each person may hold exactly one. A second account opened under a different email, phone number or address can be closed with its balance and winnings forfeited. Accounts must be registered in your real name with accurate details. Rooster Bet holds no Australian licence, and you alone are responsible for confirming that taking part in online gambling is lawful where you live before you deposit.
Where Our Liability Ends
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses that arise from your own decisions to play. How the Welcome Package and Other Bonuses Work
Bonuses are for players aged 18 and over only. The four-deposit welcome package is worth up to $5,000 and 300 free spins, and stages two to four use the codes ROOSTER2, ROOSTER3 and ROOSTER4. Each stage carries a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, which must be completed within three days of the bonus being credited or the unconverted bonus and its winnings are forfeited. The minimum qualifying deposit is $30 by card or the equivalent of 20 EUR by crypto. Live dealer and table games count for less towards wagering, or not at all, and bonus-buy features may be excluded. Conduct That Gets an Account Closed
We close accounts and void winnings where we find multi-accounting, bonus abuse such as opening accounts only to collect welcome offers, collusion between players, the use of bots or other automation, chargeback fraud, or the use of stolen payment details. We also close accounts opened by someone acting for another person. Where we do, any bonus funds and the winnings from them are removed and the remaining real-money balance is returned by the original method after verification.
What Happens When We Change These Terms
We update these terms when the bonus structure, payment methods or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes are announced by email to the address on your account and on the Promotions page.
